What a cute little shop. Everything is so clean and cast members so welcoming. The crowns on the top of the displays are so beautiful. There are so many adorable options. We went in the evening so the getting dressed like a princess area wasn’t open but it was so cool. I imagine how exciting it must be for a little girl to pick her dress and Accessories before being transformed in to a Disney Princess. If you have a little princess ten out of ten recommend checking this ship out.

Best experience for my daughters birthday! Highly recommend to all the mamas, that have a daughter that loves getting dressed up, makeup, hair , nails and all. My girl loved it and also who attended her, she was great. She did a perfect hair do . Thank you for making it so magical ✨️ 💖 *I waited an hour after appointment, plus the session. So you're looking at a 2 to 3 hour process.

This ended up being our favorite part of the trip. It can be pricey (standard affair at Disney), but if you have a child who likes to dress up and feel glamorous or look cool, it's well worth the money and time. Every staff member that helped us made our kids feel special, welcome, and comfortable at every step. Our son was so excited about his knight outfit and felt great about how he looked. And our daughter truly felt like a princess, mostly due to her fantastic stylist. She was incredibly friendly and warm with our daughter, and just overall made the whole trip an unforgettable event for her. And to follow it up with a photography staff that carried that same great service all the way through, being friendly and kind, making them smile, really took the sting of the price tag away. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW! Thank you so much to the Disney cast for making my 3 year old’s experience magical. All who encountered her throughout our experience would refer to her as “princess” & she loved every second. Nick was a pleasure to be around & made our daughter feel so comfortable & calm. He made sure she was treated like royalty & every second was all about my daughter. He also did an amazing job with glamming her for her photo op! He paid attention to detail & explained everything to my curious baby girl which I thought was sweet. My favorite thing that Nick did was have constant conversation with my typically introverted preschooler. He made it easy for her to act normal around him & even voiced her concern when her hair was being pulled to tight (he was being gentle, she just isn’t use to the feeling). Thanks, Nick! You’re amazing! If I had a complaint it would just be about how long the wait was to actually get inside the boutique to start the glam process. It’s really no one’s fault. Every cast member was working as fast as they could, just an observation. I completely understand that this attraction is extremely popular so many families were booked back to back but a fair warning to all parents **if your little one has no patience or if you have no patience, please skip this experience & book it when you have a minimum of 2 hours to spare waiting around to go from one step to the next** many families were visibility upset that they had to essentially wait in line to be pampered. Although my family & I understood the process would be well worth the wait - being around that inpatient behavior was draining to be around. All in all I 10/10 recommend this experience & would definitely do it again when my little one is a little older!

We were here for Christmas Day and it was the most magical experience for my little. Her fairy godfather Tamir took extra care to make her feel like the princess she is. We got the delux carriage package which we chose from 4 dresses ours was Snow White and the quality of the dress and jewelry was high quality. The photos took a moment but well worth the wait. A reservation 60 days out is needed for this experience, be ready at 6am pacific time to book. Every cast member greeted her as princess and she got recognized by the princesses with curtsey and bows from the princes. It was worth every bit of the cost my little one felt so special. I love that Disney is so inclusive.

We’ll see if google even allows this to be published. When you sign up, you may or may not have a fairy god mother with a deep voice and a beard. My daughter was so confused what was going on and it took away from the experience for her. I had two other daughters there too and they had a great time, but I would call and make sure you don’t get the the dude in a dress with a full on beard combing your daughters hair

Absolutely amazing experience with Tamir. I left a more thorough review but forgot to add a picture. Also, I want to point out that Disney is all about inclusivity, so if you have too closed of a mind to handle that, then do not go. As for me and my family, we loved this experience. My little one was not confused, and she was treated so kindly. This was a magical experience for her. Thank you, Disney, and thank you, Tamir, we appreciated your creativity and care.

We visited this place for a makeover for my daughter. We opted for the Castle Package which started at 200 but included a dress and accessories. One of the things that they offer, when it's not busy, is an escort to the royal hall. After some research we scheduled or visit for Sunday in the morning and were given this option. Our fairy godmother in training was Monica and she was very attentive. This is definitely worth it for the price and makes a nice little gift for your child. Plenty of dress options on sight but you can always go with the cheaper package and bring your own dress. Would recommend this to everyone with a little daughter and will likely do it again for mine. They also have packages for boys if you want to dress them up as a knight!
